Individual Registrations

(Using This Form Instead of Zoom)

If you are registering yourself, simply purchase your ticket and complete the form.

• Please allow a few business days for us to process your registration.

• You will receive a separate email with your personal Zoom link for the live conference.

Gift Registrations

If you are purchasing a gift ticket:

• We will send the recipient an email with instructions to activate their gift.

• They will be asked to log in, answer a few brief questions, and confirm their information.

• After they complete that step, we will send them their Zoom link for the live conference.

This ensures the gift recipient receives all conference communications directly.

Group Ticket Purchases

We offer automatic discounts based on the number of tickets purchased:

• 5–9 tickets: 15% off the current NKCVC ticket price

• 10+ tickets: 25% off the current NKCVC ticket price

After your purchase is processed:

• You will receive instructions and a unique registration link to share with your group.

• Each attendee will register themselves using that link.

• Once they complete their registration, Zoom will send each person their own conference access link.

This ensures every attendee receives their individual join link and conference reminders.

What Happens After You Submit the Form

1. Our team reviews your submission.

2. You receive a confirmation email with next steps.

3. Attendees receive their individual Zoom access links once they complete their registration form.
